

Collective Impact Grant

The Collective Impact Fund is intended to support multi-agency initiatives in whatever way they need to reach their stated objectives (outcomes and impacts).

Most Collective Impact Grants will be for around $100,000.00; however, we understand that $100,000.00 or less might not cover your financial need and we sincerely want to know how much you need to ensure your success. In turn, as requested in the budget narrative template, please make sure to let us know how much you need to cover the initiative’s full operational costs (or the costs of what you want to use Core Operations funds for), how much of that is already covered by other sources, and how much is yet to be covered by any source.

The Parkview Legacy Foundation Board maintains full discretion over how much funding to provide to every grantee, and grants may be significantly higher or lower than the average amount noted above if the Board deems it reasonable and appropriate for the situation.

Grants from the Collective Impact fund are expected to be expended within 36 months of their disbursement. No-cost extensions may be available under special circumstances.

Organizational updates using the report template or other acceptable forms of reporting as described in the Grant Agreement will be required every 6 months after the grant agreement is executed and funds are distributed until the funds are fully used by the grantee.
