A Message from our CEO at the end of 2024

As I reflect on the past year, I am filled with gratitude over the great strides made toward advancing the probability of well-being in our region and, especially, for those we’ve had the honor to partner with in the work. Though there is still so much to be done, we are better today than we were a year ago in many ways. Collaborations advancing civic infrastructure, the well-being of children, generational poverty, and housing are stronger than ever. We are more connected within and across sectors, our efforts are more integrated, and we are closer than ever to solidifying a comprehensive path forward in all of the vital conditions necessary for thriving people and places. There is a lot to celebrate!

Looking forward, I would be lying if I said that the work ahead doesn’t feel overwhelming at times; but I also feel a lot of hope that we can build on our relationships and what we’ve created together to achieve the significant and lasting advancements our community needs. As Parkview Legacy Foundation enters a new phase of our operations, with new resources to work with, we remain committed not only to fostering progress in our four focus areas, but to doing so in accordance with our values and core beliefs around the infinite value of every person, integrated partnerships for systems level change, humility and creativity, relationships, and stewardship. We are so looking forward to both deepening and growing our collaborations and impact with you this year!
