A Spotlight on Inland Equity Community Land Trust

In city, county, state, and local discussions about affordability, the rising cost of housing and deficient access to affordable housing for low to middle-income families rises to the top. In the Inland Region Inland Equity Community Land Trust is on the ground enacting a new option for home ownership for families where the mortgage cost falls within and sometimes beneath average rental costs.
